Out of the mist, a boat floats up onto the beach. A guy throws the anchor out, and three hot chicks jump off the boat (athletically), and start walking towards the camera. Two guys jump off the boat, but one fellow is clumsy and falls face down and gets sand all over his face, and a decent beer belly is there, the Bootleg Singer (BLS).

MUSIC IS TRAILER 'On the Island' as an intro...

STANDARD BDM INTRO ZOOM IN FOR CLOSE UP OF 'THE BDM' WITH HIS FULL GLASS HELD HIGH, CAMERA PANS LEFT TO __ THEN PANS BACK TO 'THE BDM' WHO DOESN'T APPEAR TO HAVE MOVED, BUT THE GLASS IS NEWLY EMPTY, FOAM IS STILL RUNNING DOWN.

voice over says: "THAT'S THE BDMan, MY FRIENDS'. HE IS JUST ONE OF MANY BDMen. BUT STILL HE IS, THE BDMan".

(MUSIC TRAILER STARTS) "I'm just beer drinkin' mon. Beer drinkin' mon." The three hot chicks are fit but nice and are walking towards the bar and the band, as if on a mission.

Scene is a bar right on the beach. Reggae singer with dreadlocks DLS is singing and there is a steel drummer & bass player accompanying. Just a few people in the bar, and all somewhat asleep, moving around like in a rut.

CUT TO: DLS WHO MAKES EYE CONTACT WITH ONE OF THE HOTTIES WHO NODS AT HIM...

CUT TO: Steel drummer player (SDP) smiling at bass player (BP) as camera is panning right as if from the veiw point of the singers POV. Beautiful vista and sunlight rays beginning to spill out over the huge white clouds. But the lightness of the scene is abruptly interrupted as the BLS is now in the bar, & appearing to have been on the boat all day, has picked up the other mic on stage left & is looking at the mic with unsteady eyes, still sand on his face. The DLS crew is sober & amused...

WAITRESS IS BRINGING A ROUND OF BEERS TO THE CREW...who are thirsty and glad to see them.

"...we all take it easy out here on the island..." DLS is happy to be singing. CLOSE UP of singer. CUT TO beautiful ocean scene. But that happiness is replaced by shock that the mic has been commandeered.

CUT TO: SOUNDMAN (SM) AT THE BACK OF THE ROOM. Cool looking fellow like tough/mellow Samuel L. Jackson or Snoop Dog type & clearly not enamoured (by DLS). Now DLS is trying to be discreet indicating he wants (SM) to cut the volume on 2nd mic. In the confusion DLS has now missed his cue on 2nd verse, but when he brings his mic up to sing, the next line being sung by the BLS...

"...we like our beer nice & cold & in the can..." The (tourist) BOOTLEG SINGER (BLS) has interrupted and is singing along.

CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF SM REACHING TO BRING DOWN THE VOLUME ON MIC, BUT THEN HE HEARS & IT SOUNDS GOOD SO HE DOES NOT PULL THE TRACK DOWN, BUT WAITS WITH HIS HAND ON THE FADER. HE IS BECOMING INTERESTED IN THE SCENE. One of his girlfriends whispers into his ear...

CUT TO: DREADLOCKS SINGER (DLS) WHO IS LOOKING IN ALARM AT THIS PERSON WHO HAS TAKEN THE MIC. BUT HE HAS TO SING THE NEXT LINE...

"...the chest has ice for the beer & some soda..." DLS SINGS & opens his mouth for next line, but is interrupted again!

CUT TO: real tough looking BARTENDER GIVES A SIDEWAYS LOOK NOW...His 2 buddies (customers) are waking up a bit also. CUT TO: CLOSE UP OF BLS PAN RIGHT TO GET THE CREW REACTION.

"...when we take the boat out on the water..." sings DT to the great amusement of crew buddies and girlfriends, who are a pleasant looking group.
